good evening world!

i was just looking when i last posted a blog on here, and it’s been over three weeks! i’ve been a bit busy to be fair. as you may know already, a little bundle of joy came into my life on the 11th september at 8.45am called alistair weighing 6lb 10oz. we’ve been waiting 9 months for him to arrive, and i think it was worth the wait for sure. he’s gorgeous! not being biased or anything…he really is gorgeous! at this moment he is 17 days old and it feels like it’s gone really quick!
it still hasn’t hit me properly that i’m a papa, but i’m sure it will soon.
i also must thank nikki for doing so well in hospital, i’m so proud of her. love you.
oh and one more thing, i have to thank all of you who commented and messaged us a congratulations, we really are thankful.

on to other less important things…

halo 3. released on the 26th september. i decided at about 6pm that i wanted to go and get it so i went to tesco to try and find one. there wasn’t any on the shelves but customer service had one!
the game…it’s awesome! clearly one of the games of the year, or maybe even the past 5 years.
i completed the campaign about an hour ago and was excited to find out what happens to master chief at the end of such a great trilogy. i was best pleased. (if you do have the game and you’re about to complete it. stay until the credits have gone past, there will be a revealing ending).

me kicking ass on halo 3!

right i’m going to sign off now and bid you farewell. i hope to update you on ali-cat’s progress very soon. but for now…

au revoir!

welcome to another edition of this fantastic blog lol!
it’s been a couple of weeks since i went on this site, but don’t worry i didn’t forget. i’ve just been pretty busy.

on the day a published the last blog, georgie my dog, passed away. we knew she wasn’t going to last much longer, and i’m glad i got to spend the whole of the week before with her before she went. she will be sorely missed and be in my memories for ever. i could reel off countless happy memories of her but i don’t think i should because i’d like to keep them memories for me.

georgie – rest in peace. 22.08.07

the next day, my parents came down with some of my belongings and we all went out for a meal at ‘elements’ the chinese all-you-can-eat. it’s amazing there, and if you’ve never been i strongly suggest you do go sometime.

ah, and i forgot to mention. through all of this, i got a job at mamas & papas on the coliseum at cheshire oaks on the 21st august. i’m a stock room assistant. i’ve been enjoying it so far, i think it’s a lot better than my previous job to be honest.
continuing on the theme of my new job, me and nikki went to another chinese place for her ‘leaving do’. that was a great night, it was a good chance to meet people from work who i hadn’t already met.
i worked a few days of the next week and then last saturday it was paul-from-work’s 21st birthday and we went round to a buffet and drinks. i ended up showing the work mates magic tricks for a lot of the night which was quite funny.

so ali is coming out before his due date of the 16th, so now at least we now know he’s not going to be late. if he’s not out before the 12th, nikki is being induced, to encourage him to come out and she should go into labour within 48 hours or so, unless he comes before the 12th which there is a high chance of that happening i think. so not long to go now! i’m excited!
don’t forget to send all your good lucks lol!

this has been a pretty long blog tonight, and i’ll probably update you on here, just after ali is born! so keep watching.

thanks, always for reading.
